SAVINA ALIAJ

For the last few years I have been working as a Frontend Software Engineer at Satispay, a fintech scaleup based in Milan, Italy.
I have mainly focused on working on the business dashboard used by more than 300k users and consoles, used by colleagues of different departments to handle everyday tasks and activities.

Between 2015 and 2019, before becoming a developer I gained experience as an operations specialist and customer success specialist in different industries: Automotive, Transportation and Logistics. Those experiences have helped me in becoming customer-focused.

Becoming a frontend developer was never in my dreams. In January 2020 I enrolled in a coding bootcamp out of curiosity and I never expected to fall in love with this job, that is now one of my passions. One thing I love about my job is facing and solving new challenges as they motivate me to further improve my skills and myself.

When I am not working, you will find me playing one of my musical instruments, at a (metalcore) concert, traveling, reading or cuddling my "little" Ronnie. He is the fluffiest old orange cat you will ever meet.
